1999 Dodge Dakota Power Steering Leak

I just bouight this vehicle with what I was told no leaks. I have a leak though where my steering wheel rod meets the steering box. It seems to leak when the wheel is being turned.

Any ideas what I can do?

Sector shaft seals either replace steering gear or have a seal kit installed.
