1999 Dodge Dakota popping

when i turn the wheel there is a bad poping in the front driver side and i look as someone turns the wheeland it looks like the whole assembly is jumping and there is fresh ghrease coming from the outer tie rod end

Place a floor jack under lower control arm and check upper and lower ball joints ,check front end
Also stabilizers and in 4x4 axles
