1999 Dodge Dakota Front brake noise and drag

After replacing the front pads and rotors I noticed a noise and sometimes felt a "dragging" (holding back sensation). Four mechanics and no answers later, I replaced the front left caliper, it seems better but still persists. Please-help!

Check the brake hose could be collasped internally acting as a check valve.
