Changed drivers side front fender had to disconnect battery to do so. When I reconnected the battery , the motor started ok and running fine . But found speedometer , gas guage, tachometer, instrument cluster lights ,odometer ,cruise control, temp guage, battery guage not working . I tried the fuses disconnecting the positive terminal and negative terminals still no luck. Tried a code reader won,t register

Hi snoball. Welcome to the forum. Don't forget to check the fuses inside the truck, in particular the one or two inside the yellow pull handles. You'll have to snap the top off to pull the fuse or to access the test holes.
