1999 Dodge Dakota Clear coat peeling off

Hi Guys
I have a 1999 dakota with 171000km on it and the clear coat on the hole truck is peeling off.would this be a warranty issue?I am aware of this being a normal thing for this vechile.What can i do?

only thing you can really do is sand down to the basecoat with 400 grit paper, spray one or two more coats of the paint on, then clear it again withing 15 minutes, if not it will not adhere properly and eventually peal off!

if its a common problem it might be under warrenty, but cosmetics usually arnt covered.
