1999 Dodge Dakota can I replace my stock transfer case with

I'm having alot of difficulties finding a good transfer case that is the exact match to mine, are they inter-changeable at all? from other years, or from a Jeep?

Is it possibly easier to get mine rebuilt instead?

check with your local tranny shop as they may help
its all depend on what is wrong with yours
