1999 Dodge Dakota blower fan

1999 Dodge Dakota 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Its 35 below and the blower fan is out. I need to know where location is and how to replace. I have to do it on my own. Single and cant afford repairs at a shop.

Hi:
The blower motor is under the dash (pass. side). You will need to remove part of the dash to get to it, so I recommend purchasing a repair manual for the truck so you have step by step instructions and pictures to help identify parts.

Also, before you replace it, make sure you are getting power to the motor itself. The motor may be good and the problem may be another item. The most common reason is the blower motor resister.
