Do I need to buy an oem replacemnt positive battery cable for my 5.2 litre or can i use one from autozone. The cable form the fuse box is the same size as the cable form the starter to the battery.

Its always best to use the OEM parts-when push comes to shove with different cable/s just rig it as long as its the same size wire.
