I own a 1999 dodge dakota sprot club with four wheel drive and 318 engine with four wheel drive. The door power door lock on the driver side makes a grinding nosie and will not lock either by the door switch or the remote. How can I fix this problem?

DOOR MOTOR
Removal & Installation
Roll door waterdam away from lower rear corner of door to expose inside panel access opening.
Disconnect door lock motor connector wires. See Fig. 3 . Remove door lock motor link at door latch. Remove door lock motor mounting bracket screws. Remove motor assembly from door. To install, reverse removal procedure.
