1998 Dodge Dakota V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 65.500 miles

The pump works, there is water pressure-
The 'squirt' is not enought to reach the window-
I've rinsed the unit wioth warm soapy water, rinsed out the soapy water, clean with vingar water, rerinsed- still not enough pressure to reach the windshield

Hi:
Is the pressure right from the pump strong enough (to the best of your knowledge) to make it that far? In other words, does it seem like something is plugged, or could the pump just be worn out?
