Interior problem
1998 Dodge Dakota 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 157k miles

In the cab of my truck I have a lot of water on the passenger side floor area. Could this be a heater or cooling problem?

If you are getting it on the passanger side, there is a good chance it is the heater core is leaking. Does it seem like coolant on the carpet?

Also, I don't know where you live, but are you using the AC this time of year?

Let me know.

I live in washington state, my a/c does not work for more than 5 minutes, and will then blow warm air that smells like coolant.I have tried to charge the system but it doesn't seem to be helping. The liquid on the floor is odorless.
