there's a sound in the front end of my truck particularly on the left side. driving, it makes kind of a grinding sound. it's not constant but just tapping. turning towards the right suppresses the tapping and makes a subtle grinding sound. i don't believe it's the brakes and i have fluid in for my power steering. any ideas?

When you make turns you mentioned it gets quieter. If you turn the opposite direction, does it get worse?
