1998 Dodge Dakota no power to fuel pump

I checked fuses the look go swaped them out and still dont have power to the fuel pump was driving it when it stoped on me replaced fuel pump dont know what to do anymore can you help?

Check relay in the power distribution center under the hood, Is the check engine light on? if so see if you can get the codes this will narrow the search down!
