When in park and I barley touch the gas pedal the motor will rev to 3 grand and after about 4 seconds the motor will go back to normall. It acts like the pedal is stuck.

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked the idle air control valve, throttle position sensor, vacuum leaks?

The check engine light is on. I unpluged the throttle position sensor and it will rev up. So im sure that is good.

Does it stall if you disconnect the IAC? Have you checked for vacuum leaks?

Remove the IAC and make sure it is working. It should stall the engine when disconnected.
