Engine Performance problem
1997 Dodge Dakota V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

hi,i hav a 97 dakota that will start and idle fairly good.
as soon as you step on the gas it heisitates and starts flooding bad,if you take your foot off the gas it will just stall.one 02 senser is tore off,the rear one.the owner said it has been that way for awhile.
i tryed a tps,map,sensor.it has a new fuel pump,psi 48
i put a piece of rubber hose in the fuel pressure line and pinch it off to 20 psi and it wont flood as easy.
i did get one code once p1297 on my code reader.
injector high switch shorted together? do you think its the ecm.thanks
