1996 Dodge Dakota Low Oil Pressure

My '96 Dakota with 3.9L V6 with 246K miles has an oil pressure problem. When the truck is started cold I have plenty of pressure but after about 5 minutes of running it will drop down to 0 psi at idle. Once I take off from a stop the pressure comes back up. Any ideas??

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge if normal replace the oil pressure switch abnormal could mean oil pump and engine bearings-
