Engine wont turn over, it will crank when the key is turned but never starts, battery is good, the spark has been tested and is also good, tried using starting fluid to start it by spraying into the carb. Still no luck starting it.

If it doesn't start with starting fluid, then either the spark is too weak, there is a timing issue, or not enough compression to run the engine.

Have you checked fuel pump pressure? Here is a how to. I would recommend both it and rechecking for spark.

NOTE: The spark should be a hot blue snaping spark. Let me know what you find. One has to be missing.
