My trucks AC compressor works but, when I turn on the AC, the fan doesn't. From time to time, it'll work for a short while, maybe a day or two and then, it's out again. Any ideas as to what might cause this?
Also, for a while, it would blow the AC fuse as soon as I turned it on. Once, I put in a piece of copper wire and it started smoking. Then, with a regular fuse back in place, it'll work every once in a while but, after a day or so, it won't work again for months on end.
I have no idea why this is. Any ideas?
