I have a 1995 Dodge Daktota Sport Edition with a Magnum V6, none of that matters I'm sure cause my problems are with the Windshield Wipers and not the engine. Just a couple of days ago, the windshield wiper on the driver side was working when it came up and got stuck on the left side of my windshield, i pulled over in a safe place and put the wiper back on the windshield and put it back down. But now the wiper does not work anymore, i can see that the motor is still trying to move it. But it still won't move. Any ideas on whats wrong or how to fix it? Anything would help cause I went to a mechanic and they want $80 an hour to look at it. Thanks alot to anyone who can help me out.

At the base of the windshield, is the cowl. Open the hood and you will see screws that hold it in place. Also, there are (I think) three that are on the top going down. Remove the screws and the cowl. Under there you will see the wiper motor linkage. Check it to make sure nothing has come apart or broken.

Let me know what you find.
