1995 Dodge Dakota Head Gasket of Thermostat

My Dakota just back pressure antifreeze back thru my resevoir. Any suggestions as to why it is doing this. Oh yeah it also took 20 minutes for the heater to get warm. About the same amount of time for the back pressure.

Lets get the thermostat replaced and get the radiator cap pressure tested and then comeback
