so i was driving in the rain and right as i started letting go of the clutch and hitting the gas (from a stop) the car just shut off and wouldn't start back up, I've tried crank shaft sensor, new computer, checked the fuses, checked the alternator and voltage regulator.

1995 Dodge Dakota Car cranks, but no spark

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, cap and rotor, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing-also check the ASD relay
