Transmission problem
1994 Dodge Dakota 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i have had my tranny re-built by a repair shop. when i got it back the first time something with the twork converter was bad, and now after the 7th time having it there when overdrive is on, (pushbutton) it makes this awful grinding noise after it gets warmed up, push it off and it runs fine but wants to stall out at a stop. the mechanic says nothings wrong with it but its obvious there is. i hope you guys can help.

HI there,

There is something very wrong with this transmission, i would take it back and demand that they fix it or replace it, and if you get no satisfaction, take all your paperwork to your local consumer affairs office, (small claims ) i think you call it there, and get them to look into it for you, as i am sure that they are passing it off until any warranty expires.
