1994 Dodge Dakota Disconnecting Evaporator Core

I do not know how to disconnect the fittings at the firewall for the evaporator core. I am replacing the heater core and cannot pull out the whole assembly without disconnecting the evaporator core.

Need a special tool for quick disconect or spring locks.May have at parts house

Found the tool, little plastic pieces, for $10 at the Auto store. He had a '96 Dakota himself and we went and I showed him the fitting on his truck. He fixed me right up.
