1994 Dodge Dakota Cant get car to start!

1994 Dodge Dakota 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I was driving down the road and my car cut out. When I tiried to start it again I got nothing. The lights worked, but the car made no sound. I took the battery, alternator, and starter off and had them tested. They work fine. I dont know where to go from here. Any suggestions?

Does the starter turn the engine at all? Did you check the starter relay?

The starter does not turn the engine at all, when I turn the key I get nothing. No sound or clicking... and I am unfamiliar with what the starter relay is. Thanks for your reply!
