1993 Dodge Dakota Window won't roll down and door won't ope

When you roll down the driver's side window - it will only go so far and then it causes the door to pop open. The door won't open from the outside - but opens fine with the inside handle. Where do I take it for repair?

Remove the inner door panel. It sounds like the linkage for the outside door handle has come off and the window is hitting it when you open it causing it to open the door.
