Engine Performance problem
1993 Dodge Dakota V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The engine start and runs (Warm up time does not matter) then when you engage the transmission to go it stalls and doesn't want to start for 10 to 15 mins. After that it starts and goes. I have changed the plugs wires rotor and cap. It is the V8 5.2 EFI Magnum engine

Have you checked for engine trouble codes? You can do it at home. Here is what to do:

Cycle the ignition key from of to the run position 3 times. The 3rd time let it in the run position. THe engine light will begin to flash. You need to count the number of times it flashes. Each code will be a 2 digit number. The light will flash, have a slight pause, flash again, then have a longer pause. It will then continue on if there are more. The last code will be a 55 indicating it has finished.

Let me know what codes you get. Remember, you don't turn the key to the start position, only the run position while cycling.
