Welcome, did you check the circuits at the starter relay? When you turn the key to start, can you tell if there is a load on the starter circuit. Watch the lites, they should react, when trying to crank. Voltage to the load side of relay is hot all the time. Voltage to coil side of relay goes hot with key in start position. The coil side of relay is grounded through the neutral switch, in order to energize.
