Fuel Pump relay

I need to know what relay turns on the fuel pump when you first turn the key on to charge the fuel system. It would be nice if you could give me a part number. I think i know the location of the plug. I took a jumper wire out of a plug and now it takes a while to start and i can't here the fuel pump come on with the key. Thanks

The fuel pump is controlled by the ASD relay which is located in the engine bay on the driver side.
