I have a 94 dodge colt and it's been having some problems, when starting the car it wants to stall and won't idiol on it's own, i need to rev the engine a coupe times, then it runs fine, then well driving the check engine light will come on and the car will stall... after waiting any where from 5 mins to an hour the car will start again... any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Hi:
If the check engine light is on, there is a code set in the computer identifying the problem. Take the car to a nationally recognized parts store and have them scan the computer for codes. From the codes, you can identify the problem.

Let me know what you find.
