1993 Dodge Colt won't start

1993 Dodge Colt Front Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles

i try changing the starter, check the fuses, wires. i just don't know what it can be. need help. last i drove it, was on a rainy day. i drove a road pretty fast and water must the splash in under the engine. since then it won't start. when i turn the key it seem like the starter is dead. but i try that already. need help.

No crank at all/nothing/nada when key is engage to starting position

Could be a blown fusible link, the starter, starter relay, transmission position switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
