car will crank over but won't get any fuel through injectors.need too now if fuel pump is shot or injectors need replaced.

Hi:
You may be getting fuel, but the pressure may be to low. You need to start with checking fuel pump pressure. Here is a how to video:

As far as the gauge, many parts stores will rent them or you can purchase one at the test equipment store site on this page.
