1990 Dodge Colt 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

car ran cut off replaced fuel pump alternater filter and battery wont start just cranks and fuel comes out exhaust ports drips it sounds like jump timing or something can u help

A timing belt going off was the single biggest problem this engine had. I hope it did not damage the engine, they became an interference fit later on. ok
