2008 Dodge Charger Alignment

I'm looking into buying a car (08 Charger, 3.5 engine) and the wheel is slightly canted towards the 1:00 position. No vibration whatsoever, and it drives straight, the wheel is just turned that way in order for it to drive straight. Not really sure if this is alignment or something more serious.???

Yes, that is an alignment issue and may cause tire wear so it needs to be aligned soon.
