2007 Dodge Charger Wipers that dont shut

My wipers wont turn off when key is out of the ignition.I have to pull the fuse to stop the wipers. Is there a wiper relay switch and if so where is it located?

The relay is in the power distribution box under the hood. However, power should be shut to the relay when the ignition switch is off. Check the relay and let me know what you find.
