2006 Dodge Charger front of car sounds like its slightly gr

My car has a faint grinding noise when I drive it. Replaced brake pads and have had new rotors installed. Seems like it gets worse when I do a left hand turn. Car almost feels like it is driving with the emergency brake on, but that is not the case.
