2006 Dodge Charger front end clunk

2006 DODGE CHARGER
69,765 MILES • 6 CYL • FWD • AUTOMATIC

I have a clunking in front over bumps.

The inner tie rods have been changed . The ball joints are all good the stablizer links are free and have no play.
Going over bumps it sounds like the stablizers . can you help?

Larry, Have you checked the strut plates at the top of the strut assembly?
