2006 Dodge Charger Changing Spark pliugs

I wanted to know if it will do any damage to the engine if I use Iridium spark plugs to replace the OEM regular plugs? Or should I expect the perfomance to be a little better?

I know Dodge recommends thier stuck Champions as the replacement, but I have used Platinums in Dodges, so far no complaints. Iridiums is supposed to last longer and produce a better spark, I would try them. The only caveat is if you still have a warranty, call Dodge service and see if using them will harm the warranty.
