I have. A 06 dodge chRger and I have a clunking noise going over bumps,has new tie rod ends and inner tie rods new sway bar bushings and links and it's driving me crazy and I wanna know what it is,I think it might be the strut plates what do u think please email me back a solution it's driving me crazy

Worn strut top plates can knock, it can also be a faulty valve in the strut, also ensure all the suspension is serviceable and check all suspension pivot points as well.
