1972 Dodge Charger charging system

My alternator checks out good when tested, however it is not sending the charge back to my battery. When the car is running I have a drain. I have tested the voltage from the regulator to the alternator and it is consistant.

The voltage is consistant? What volts? Is the battery any good. If it's not you will have an alternator problem. Charge teh battery and take it to an auto parts store and have them check it.
