1995 Dodge caravan instrument panel

1995 Dodge caravan 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

none of the gauges, speedmeter or odometer work in the insrument panel. all the above have one wire bundle that plugs into the back of the panel. the fuse that controls power is good. how do i fix this?
