I have a 1998 Dodge Caravan with 100K miles. I the process of rotating the tires. I sheared off one of the rear studs on wheel! It has rear drum brakes. I tried to remove the drum but can not remove it. The parking brake is off and I have tried to a hammer to loosen it, but no luck.

Can I repair the sheared stud? If so how, which tools etc? But how can I remove the drum first?

Any help would be great!

If u need to remove the rear brake drum, U got to get some WD40 spray, in the center of the drum spray a little bit around the circle area in the middle of the drum (circle flange) Then get a 1ft piece of 2x4 wood, on the right and left side of the rear drum u a hammer with really good striking force on 2x4 wood against the drum, Then after 3-4 times of striking the drum, U should be able to wiggle the drum off, I believe youre rear axle has a hub assembly, In which u need to remove 4 bolts, I believe are called torx T55 bit, I am pretty sure once u get the hub off the axle should be able to get a replacement stud bolt, from any auto parts store.
