Power Mirror Replacement

The power mirror on the drives side of my 2000 Grandcaravan was crushed. I bought a new mirror, but how do take the old one off? Should it pop off from the outside or am I going to need to remove some panaling from the inside?

Yes in the inside of the driverside door u will see a traigle looking piece, Either their are screws showing or u have to pop off the panel with a screw driver, Then their should be a bolt or few screws holding it in place, Once those a re removed, just unplug the wiring harness, pop in the new unit in reverse steps, then youre set.
