Hello, the misfire on cyl 6 could be anything, properly testing this isssue may be cheaper than trying to fix it, but a few small things that can be done are checking the plugs and wires and replacing them if needed, if it has never had a tune up I would start there, I have to warn you the rear plugs can be taxing
