1998 Dodge Caravan 3.0L 196K miles. Eng fans will not come w/or w/o a-c on causing van to run hot. Cause and fix please. Thank you.

Start checking the fuses and relays.

They are on the fuse and relay compartment.

If good check the fan motors.
