Dodge caravan auto lock

I have a Dodge Caravan 2001 3.3L with 138000 km. The doors auto lock was locking all the doors when I move the van for a short distance. Lately the auto lock is no operating by itself. I have to lock it manually

Close all doors. Place ignition in off position for at least 20 seconds. Cycle

the switch from off to run 4 times without cranking the engine. Stop with the

switch in the off position. Check engine light should come on each time the

switch is in the run position. Using the power door look switch, lock the

doors. A single chime should sound to indicate that the feature has been

changed.
