A/C-heater fan not working

Dodge, Grand Caravan, 1997,126K mi, 3.8L. Fan for a/c-heater and window defrosting not working 40A fuse is good, relay seems to be fine. Fan was working great and just quit. What else should I be looking for?

Check And Make Sure There Is Power Through The Switch For The Fan, If There Is Check If There Is Power Going Into The Fan, If There Is Replace The Fan
