98 dodge grand caravan

None of the lighter/power outlets work. I have visually checked each fuse in the main fuse block, but all seem ok. Is there somewhere else to look or do I have sonmething else wrong?

check the owners manual for the fuse location for the cig lighter and make sure that one is still good and go from there
