1992, Dodge Grand Caravan LE, 140K, 3.3 L. The front and rear running lights and instrument panel lights do not work. Hi/lo Headlights, turn sig lights, brakes lights, gauges, speedometer, tach, wipers, interior lights, radio, all work. All fuses appear good. Car runs fine.
