2007 Dodge Caravan won't Move, loud sound from tire

I have a 2007 dodge caravan, yesterday it drove well. This morning it started but there was a loud grinding sound, and it did not seem to move forward much when placed in drive. There is a loud grinding sound coming from the right side and it sound more like the right front tire, I checked fluids and tires, the rear right tire have marks on the pavement like it is dragging.
