POWER WINDOWS NOT WORKING AS WELL AS DOOR LOCKS WHEN OPENING. CLOSING DOOR LOCKS ARE OK. CHECKED FUSABLE LINK, SWITH AT DRIVER AND PASSENGER DOOR AND CHECKED WIRING UNDER FUSE BLOCK UNDER HOOD. NO ISSUES.

have you checked the main switches on the driver's door?

All door switches have been checked as well as fusible link and are all good. No other electric issues

IF the switches are good and you are getting power to the motor, then the motor must be bad. As far as the locks, have you checked the relays?
